Payments • Order Changes • Cancellations

ArtsPower accepts payment by check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and purchase order.

Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive deposit or purchase order by the Deposit Due Date printed on your invoice.

Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive your final payment by the Balance Due Date printed on your invoice. Credits or refunds will be issued only for orders cancelled prior to this date.

All payments are non-refundable after the Balance Due Date noted on your invoice. No credits or refunds will be issued for orders or seats cancelled after that date.

Refunds or credits will be issued for any performance cancelled by ArtsPower due to inclement weather, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled performance.

Payments are not accepted by or at the theatre. Send all checks or Purchase Orders, noting your Client ID number on the front, to ArtsPower Theatre Field Trips, Webster Commons Building A, 271 Grove Avenue, Verona, NJ 07044. To pay by credit card, please call us at 1.888.278.7769.

Deposit and Balance payments are confirmed via e-mail. You will also receive a revised invoice noting payment by regular mail.

Seats, if available, may be added to your order up to 72 hours prior to the performance. Requests for additional seats may be made only by you or other school/group personnel and must be paid by credit card at the time of the order.

At the Theatre

For a stress free ride to your theatre, as well as information for safe unloading and parking information, we strongly recommend that you download our driving directions by clicking the “Getting to the Theatre” navigation button at our website - www.artspower.org. Each theatre has specific directions for busses and student groups as well as pertinent information regarding the safety of all attendees.

ArtsPower does not issue tickets or seat vouchers. The theatre ushers will have a check-in list of all paid-in-full schools/groups/individuals attending the performance. Please bring a copy of your most recent invoice with you.

Theatre doors will open for seating approximately 30 minutes prior to the performance. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the theatre’s management. Each performance, including Question & Answer session, runs approximately one hour and ten minutes.

No food (including chewing gum) or beverages are allowed in the theatre.

The taking of photographs and video or audio taping are prohibited during the performance.
